Off-ramp agreement with Ramp increases World App users’ financial options
The Worldcoin project is working to give everyone access to the global economy.
That mission has reached another milestone with the announcement of a WLD off-ramp agreement between World App creator Tools for Humanity and Ramp, a leading financial technology company offering non-custodial, full-stack payment infrastructure for millions of people worldwide.
As part of the agreement, Ramp will provide off-ramping capabilities* for WLD token holders through World App. World App users in markets where the WLD token is available will be able to easily convert their WLD into fiat currency, initially through debit and credit cards. More payout options are slated to be made available in the future.
*Capabilities are subject to geographical and regulatory limitations.

Reserved WLD token grant redemptions go live
In addition to the off-ramp agreement, reserved WLD token grant redemptions have also been rolled out globally wherever WLD is available.
Anyone who has not yet had their World ID fully verified and is eligible to receive WLD token grants can reserve them in World App. Reserved token grants may be redeemed up to 12 months after reservation once the individual’s World ID has been fully verified.
After verifying at an Orb, a prompt will appear in the “Worldcoin Grant” tab in World App to redeem reserved grants. Simply follow the prompt instructions to receive the corresponding WLD tokens*.
