The Orb is going on tour.
In addition to currently existing Worldcoin operations, team members helping grow the Worldcoin community will be on hand in select global cities this spring and summer to participate in web3 meet-ups, educate and answer questions about the protocol and facilitate sign-ups for World ID using the Orb.
The multi-city tour kicked off in Tokyo in April, 2023 and marks the first time people in many locations across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia will be able to experience the Orb. See below for more details.

From May through July, Worldcoin Orbs will be available for a limited time in the following cities:
Exact dates and locations will be shared on Twitter and Discord.
Follow the official Worldcoin accounts to be the first to hear about when an Orb will be available in a nearby city, learn how to reserve a time slot or share where you’d like to see the Orb next.
The Orb plays a vital role in the Worldcoin protocol. It’s a biometric imaging device developed by Tools for Humanity to prove personhood and enable universal access to the global economy in the most inclusive manner possible.
Once an individual has verified their uniqueness and humanness at an Orb, they receive a World ID that can be used as a privacy-preserving global digital passport to seamlessly sign in to websites, mobile apps and web3 dapps without sharing personal data like names, emails, etc.
