Overview
With the World ID Discounts app on Shopify, merchants can issue one-time discounts to customers who verify with World ID. No more fake emails to claim a discount more than once, and no more bots claiming all the discounts!
How It Works
Once a merchant has installed the application onto their store, a button will appear for customers on product pages when there's an active discount. All the customer has to do is click the button, scan the QR code to verify with World ID, and the item is automatically added to their cart with the unique discount code applied!
Configuration
Install the application in your Shopify store by clicking the "Use Integration" link above. Once the app is installed, configure an application in the Worldcoin Developer Portal and copy your "app_id". Return to your Shopify Admin portal and open the World ID Discounts app, input the "app_id", install the Theme App Extension in your storefront, and then configure the discounts you want to offer your users! Each product can have a single discount of a fixed dollar amount.
