About the Opportunity:

The Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for running Worldcoin’s integrated global marketing campaigns and driving worldwide attention onto a major opportunity, which is to claim a founding share of a new world currency. The CMO will lead international marketing efforts spanning digital, traditional, PR, influencer campaigns, offline events as well as peer-to-peer marketing across key channels and geographies.  In this role you will:

  • Build an exceptionally talented Marketing team to launch the Worldcoin brand to everyone on earth
  • Create global marketing, brand and growth strategies to spotlight our mission
  • Partner with top creatives to craft our story for the world to know
  • Run meticulously planned, multi-dimensional campaigns in top geographies, activating traditional media, social media, and offline channels 
  • Grow and manage a global community of influential Worldcoin advocates through systematic research and outreach processes
  • Help craft the story from the value proposition, to standard answers, to important questions (e.g. around privacy, economics, etc.)
  • Lead in-house marketing analytics campaign tracking and testing engineers to improve campaign efficacy

About you:

  • A minimum of 6 years experience in leading digital, traditional and non-traditional marketing launches at an exceptional company. Experience in global fashion, movies, music, or gaming industries is a major plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of owning all aspects of project and people management.
  • Operator’s mindset, excited about the efficient execution of highly detailed workflows
  • Excellent taste for visual and written storytelling 
  • Affinity for data-driven decision making 
  • Interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, though no background experience necessary
