About the Team:
The Market Operations team is responsible for overseeing the launch strategy and deployment of Worldcoin in different markets. The Market Ops team also serves as the primary point of contact for local Operators, running Operator recruitment and selection, supporting Operators, and ensuring optimal performance. Overall, the Market Ops team is on the frontlines of Worldcoin’s ambitious mission of global, inclusive, and rapid distribution of the Worldcoin token.
The Market Ops team is broken up into two sub-teams: (1) Expansion Operations team and (2) Growth Operations. Both teams provide input into the growth strategy. Once a new market is selected, the Expansion Operations team focuses on entering that market, from recruiting Operators to running local marketing initiatives. Then the Growth Operations team steps in, focusing on scaling within the new market by generating inbound and outbound initiatives to drive user adoption and improve Orb efficiency.
About the role:
As our Key Account Manager, LATAM, you'll play a crucial role of managing operator accounts and developing a community of operators across all markets. You understand the impact that you'll create to Worldcoin’s growth, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the economics, logistics, and legal team, implementing best practices and growth initiatives to drive user acquisition through a healthy network of operators.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle day to day operations with operators
- Learn from our current processes and leaders, and help build out our world-class Operator Growth Playbook
- Develop a community of operators across your markets
- Work with various internal stakeholder teams to optimize on specific areas to help operators grow their business and provide a great user onboarding experience
- Plan, source, and onboard locations to grow the Operator network
- Conduct follow-up calls and communications until operator targets are met
- Implement scalable processes across markets to facilitate operator account management
- Liaise with our CX team to ensure on-ground operations run smoothly across operators
Requirements:
- 2+ years in account management role
- Fully fluent in Spanish and English
- You are scrappy and resourceful
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
- You have a proven track record of growing accounts
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
Preferred Requirements:
- You have a strong interest in the future of crypto
- Experience working in B2B sales cycle preferred
- Experience working with Hubspot CRM
- Experience working at a fast-paced start-up
- Experience working in distributed and remote environments
- Experience activating BTL initiatives, working with BTL agencies and physical distribution networks is a plus
