The Trust & Safety team builds frameworks that allow Worldcoin’s employees to engage with our ecosystem stakeholders (namely, Orb Operators and Users), as well as external stakeholders (namely, media, law enforcement, and policymakers) in the safest and most transparent and safest way. At its core, the Trust & Safety team aims to protect our community while actively building trust both internally and externally.
As the Trust & Safety Lead, you will champion our community directly engaging with our key stakeholders, internal and external. You will be responsible for building and implementing appropriate, preemptive safety measures and, likewise, following engagement protocols to handle l risk situations when they arise. You will build and manage your team of Trust and Safety Agents and work closely with other teams (namely, Legal, Growth, Communications, Economics and Data Science) to continuously ensure the safety of all Worldcoin stakeholders.
