About the Team:

The Growth team is responsible for overseeing the launch strategy and deployment of Worldcoin in different markets. The Growth team also serves as the primary point of contact for local Operators, running Operator recruitment and selection, supporting Operators, and ensuring optimal performance. Overall, the Growth team is on the frontlines of Worldcoin’s ambitious mission of global, inclusive, and rapid distribution of the Worldcoin token.

The Growth team is broken up into two sub-teams: (1) Expansion Operations team and (2) Growth Operations. Both teams provide input into the growth strategy. Once a new market is selected, the Expansion Operations team focuses on entering that market, from recruiting Orb Operators to running local marketing initiatives. Then the Growth Operations team steps in, focusing on scaling within the new market by generating inbound and outbound initiatives to drive user adoption and improve Orb efficiency.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented individual to join the Growth Team and help us build partnerships that will drive rapid growth. The Partnerships Manager will identify and manage innovative partnerships, from large multinational corporations to small local entities or communities, that support Worldcoin’s mission and grow our global network of Operators and users. The Partnerships Manager works across both the Expansion and Growth Operations teams, focusing on optimizing inflow of new Orb Operators as well as new users. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define. Working in close collaboration with the Expansion and Growth Operations teams, define Worldcoin’s partnerships strategy.
  • Build. Leverage existing operations and affiliate networks to build a world-class partnerships infrastructure.
  • Prospect. Create and manage a solid pipeline of top-tier partnership leads. 
  • Lead. Oversee the entire sales cycle - prospecting, engagement, negotiation, closing, executing, and strategic account management.
  • Collaborate. Work cross-functionally with the Product and Business Operations teams to build tools to increase partnership success.

About You:

  • You have 7+ years of relevant experience. You have excelled in partnerships management in tech or finance and have a proven track record that includes working with project management and affiliate network management tools and other technology solutions to drive partnerships and sales.
  • You’re scrappy. You enjoy working as part of a fast-moving team and are willing to contribute wherever needed to make an impact.
  • You have strong cross-cultural competency. You are able to communicate and do business across different cultures and countries and have experience working in cross-cultural environments.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills. You are able to manage and nurture relationships with external partners. You know that no two people are the same and are able to mediate and resolve conflicts.
  • You’re innovative. You love coming up with solutions to unconventional problems and taking action.
  • You’re analytical. You make data-driven decisions and are eager to contribute to larger strategy conversations.
