The Growth team oversees Worldcoin's launch strategy and deployment in worldwide markets by selecting, communicating with, and ensuring optimal performance of local Orb Operators. Worldcoin is defined by its fair, global, and rapid distribution, and the Growth team is on the front lines to make it all possible.
We are looking for a talented professional to manage all of the inflow that the Growth team receives. This mainly involves processing eager candidates from all around the world who are applying to operate a Worldcoin Orb in their region. Worldcoin receives thousands of applications per week from all around the world, and we are looking for someone to set up and execute on the entire process from receiving an application or a lead to ultimately finding and onboarding the best people around the world to own a Worldcoin Orb.
